I went to view an apartment today with my mum and have decided to make an offer on it, someone else has already offered the asking price so i've had to match that (125k). I hope the other person isn't loaded as i can't afford to go much higher and i really like the apartment. Although this is going to leave me in debt and probably skint a lot of the time, there isn't really an alternative as the prices here keep going up, i could have had a similiar place to the one i'm bidding on now last year for 110k, so i think i'm better getting somewhere before the prices get any worse. I don't want to stay in belfast forever so hopefully if i get my own place it'll gain in value and allow to move somewhere else in 4-5 years.

I went to the pub at lunchtime and was convinced by the person i was with to try and talk to this girl from the 3rd floor who was sitting at the table next to us as i've liked her for a while. Unfortunately i displayed my trademark lack of chat up ability and ended up coming of as really desperate. It was rather humiliating, this is why i don't try and chat up girls. The thing is though with my lack of looks no girl has ever or will ever talk to me first.

As i've been off sick i'm watching the daily black and white film on channel 4. It's actually quite good, i love the way everyone refers to each other as old man, not enough of that nowadays.

I'm off work today as i'm not well, although i don't like my job sometimes it's a lot better than daytime tv. The most difficult decision i've had today is whether to watch jeremy kyle or trisha (i went for jeremy kyle). I hope i get better soon, this is the first day off sick i've had in three years and i'm not liking it one bit.

Rogue traders is such a funny show, they confronted an extremely fat spied/chav about fly-tipping and he denied he was involved even though they had him on video, typically he was also signing on.

This is going to make me sound like a chav which i'm not but i'd really like one of the new golf gti's however after going through the website it comes out at £22,660 which is very steep for a volkswagon. On the other hand it looks brilliant and is apparently brilliant fun to drive. Unfortunately the only way i'll get 22k is to rob a bank but in belfast that seems to be a very easy crime to commit and get away with.

Had a massive arguement with my parents last about the state of my life. Basically according to then because of the fact inevr go out, have no friends and still live with them i'm a loser. I'd have to agree but given that when i went to a school i was the only non chav & that i work with people old enough to be my parents its no wonder i have no friends. To be honest i'm close to giving up as things aren't gettig better and theres little prospect of that ever changing.
